How do I order?

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Checkout.
  3. See your email for order summary and payment instructions.
  4. Settle balance and send proof of payment.
  5. Expect an email confirmation from us.
  6. Confirmed orders will take 3-7 business days to land in Manila.
  7. Once landed, email notification is sent with local tracking details. 
  8. Receive your item!

Where can I find my order details?

After checkout, a confirmation email together with your order details will be automatically sent to you. 

Make sure to check your spam inbox as emails sometimes get redirected there! 

What is on-demand shopping?

Products on Merchant Manila are placed on a pre-order basis, where each order is arranged specially for you. Orders are immediately shipped to Manila as soon as payment is verified. 

We don't follow cut-off dates or wait for quantities before shipping. This means your item arrives promptly with minimal delays.

When will I receive my order?

Orders from our website will take 7 days or less to reach you.

Landing time upon proof of payment takes 3-7 business days to reach Manila. Once it lands, we turnover to local courier for door-to-door delivery.

What are your payment options?

We currently accept payments via:

  • Bank Deposit/Online Transfer via BDO or BPI
  • Credit/Debit Card via Paypal
  • GCash

We're looking to add more options in the future for a quicker, and easier shopping experience. Stay tuned! 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping to Metro Manila addresses is an additional P150, while shipping to provincial addresses cost P250 via LBC.

Metro Manila addresses include:
Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela.

Can I return this? 

All transactions are considered final and no cancellations can be made once your order has been checked out. 

We can accept returns for factory defects, subject to inspection. Rest assured, all orders undergo strict quality control before it gets shipped out to you. 

Is it authentic?

All our products are guaranteed authentic and original. We do not carry any fake or counterfeit goods.
